Club Service 2011

Netralaya

In October.2011. 85 patients came for an eye check up in Outdoor Patient Department (OPD), 19 spectacles were ordered. 4 camps have been held .

a) On 22nd October 2011 camp was held at Garia. 80 patients were checked, 12 had normal vision, 11 patients were referred for further check up to the hospital, 38 patients suggested spectacles,15 patients were given medicine and 4 patients have been suggested for cataract operation.

b) The 2nd camp was held in a school named "Help us help them'' near Narendrapur Panchayat Office. 49 patients were checked. 3 patients had normal vision, spectacles suggested to 22 . Medicines were prescribed to 14 . 6 patients were referred for further check up to the hospital. 4 patients suggested cataract operation,

c) The 3rd camp was held at Nawab Abdul Rehman. 58 patients were checked. 4 patients had normal vision. 11 patients were referred for further check up. Spectacles have been suggested to 23 . medicines were advised to 14 and 6 patients have been suggested for cataract operation. President RCCM was present.

d) The 4th camp :- near Poddar Nursing Home. 49 patients were checked, 1 had normal vision, 1 was referred for further check up . Spectacles suggested to 27, medicines were advised to 15 and 5 patients suggested for cataract operation.

Blood Donation camp

During October. we did 5 Blood Grouping Camps and registered 402 SOS donors.

1st at Ingram Micro India Ltd. in 58/3 B.T. Road on 18th August where 24 SOS donors were registered,

2nd at Cognizant Technology Solution in Salt Lake on 22nd August where 43 SOS donors were registered,

3rd at Rotary Sonartori (Asutosh College) in 28/2B Girish Mukherjee Road on 29th August where 59 SOS donors were registered,

4th at Nutan Bazar Nimbu Byawasai Samiti on 9th September where 32 SOS donors were registered.5th at Barasat Byawarai Samity on 14th October where 124 SOS donors were registered

5th at Magrahat Samaj Kalyan Samity in 24 PGS South on 23rd October where 120 SOS donors were registered. We also met need for 10 patient.
